"Working time is life time": The underlying idea behind Claneo's founding was, above all, the shared goal of creating a working environment in which all employees enjoy coming to work. In addition to professional development and responsibility, workplace culture is the decisive factor for satisfied and motivated employees – and this, in turn, is the key to company success.
From the very beginning, the three Claneo founders, Maggie, Matthäus, and Martin, knew they wanted to create an agency with a "feel-good atmosphere" – away from constant overtime and excessive deadline and performance pressure, and towards a healthy work-life balance, strong team spirit, and motivated colleagues.
The coronavirus crisis has particularly highlighted how important a values-based corporate culture and open and honest communication across all areas are for collective success. To make this attitude visible externally, we are increasingly focusing on employer branding and are pleased to present a new employer branding video – under the motto "Working time is life time."
The route is the goal
To ensure optimal work-life balance, employees are offered flexible and greece phone number data location-independent working models (including flextime, flexible Fridays, home office, and remote working), which are continually re-evaluated and adjusted through regular communication and the involvement of all colleagues. It is also very important to the three founders that their employees are always given a great deal of freedom and trust.

Despite the enormous growth from an initial eight to now over 70 employees, the corporate culture and team spirit remain paramount and will always be maintained. The significant team growth over the past four years has also led to the establishment of the motto "We want to remain Claneo ." Through the following initiatives, we strive to remain true to our values, make working hours even more livable, and advance our employer branding:
Cross-departmental working groups : In the team offsite, working groups are formed annually on various topics, such as further development of social benefits, intranet, customer satisfaction and post-coronavirus
Team events : Through (digital) coffee and lunch dates, team building activities and offsites, we strengthen our sense of community
