New option to select an operator from a group

In the Settings>Operators section , a new option has been added to select an operator from the Based on qualification group :



When the default Most Skilled option is selected, chats are assigned to the most skilled agent until the number of chats he or armenia mobile database has in progress reaches the specified threshold.
