For each topic, an employee from the relevant work area gives an introduction, which begins with a relaxed round of introductions. The basic idea: to slowly familiarize yourself with the various work contents in the first week and, more importantly, to get to know our new colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere - in keeping with the welcoming culture at Klickkonzept! Feedback is also very important at Klickkonzept, which is why we discuss our thoughts and ideas about the previous day's program every morning during the onboarding week. This allows the onboarding to be further optimized for future newcomers (like you? ).

Our conclusion: During the entire introductory week, it was important to all colleagues that we felt comfortable and that we were able to ask questions openly.
