Starting in July, a series of improvements will be introduced in billing, service and customer support, Osiptel reported.


Most fixed and mobile telephone customers, as well as cable signal customers, are unaware of a series of benefits that they receive from the moment they sign the contract for the services.
Yesterday, for example, the Private Investment Regulatory Body in Telecommunications ( Osiptel ) approved 28 modifications to the regulations on anhui number screening Conditions of Use of Public Services in the sector.
Thus, starting July 1, the operator company is obliged to coordinate with the subscriber in advance the installation or transfer of the telephone, Internet or cable TV service on a certain date and time. The waiting period will be a maximum of three hours.
Meanwhile, the operating companies' call centers will be open for 18 hours a day, seven days a week. Currently, they are open for 12 hours, six days a week.
All subscribers who contract the service in person will have the right to receive – automatically and free of charge – the original of their contract .
From 1 December, all landline and mobile telephone users will be able to access information and assistance services offered by some companies or institutions using telephone numbers in the 0800 and 0801 series.
Also, from October 1, users will be able to have free and updated information about their consumption, balances and available minutes.
Additionally, in the case of packaged services such as duos or trios, operating companies will be required to specify on receipts the cost of each service , whether cable TV, Internet or landline telephony.
