3. Turn on the MAIN SWITCH and the HEAT SWITCH.
4. Turn the heat control knob clockwise to the maximum setting to initiate the fastest possible heat-up.
5. The machine should begin making floss within a few seconds. When the unit begins making floss, you should reduce the heat setting.
6. Turn the heat control knob counter-clockwise to the operating position marked for smoking out. If you operate the unit on the “start” setting,
it will “char” the ribbon (heat element). Never operate the equipment for an extended period of time with the HEAT CONTROL in a position that will cause the sugar
to smoke. This will result in excessive charring of turkey email list the ribbon (heat element). If you smell burning sugar or see smoke, reduce the heat.
Floss Making:
1. Keep your hands away from the spinning head!
2. Pick a cone – if it sticks in the stack of cones, remove it from the stack.
3. Hold an inch or two of the pointed end of the cone between two fingers and a thumb. Using a light flicking action, wind the cone onto the floss building net
in the tray. Lift the cone with the floss ring attached and twist the cone to wrap around the floss. DO NOT wind floss while the cone is inside the pan. This
will pack the floss too tightly.
4. If the floss does not stick to the cone, run the cone close to the spinning head to pick up a "starter" of melted sugar. Lift the cone out of the pan and
wrap the floss around using a "figure eight" motion of your hand. This leaves giant pockets and makes the final product appear larger.
