How I became a Customer Success Manager
I studied political science and specialized in strategic communication. My first job was in a political consultancy firm. My skills focused on discourse analysis and public types.

I quickly saw that digital media was gaining ground, even surpassing traditional media.

How did a political analyst end up working in the world of Digital Marketing and, more specifically, Content Marketing ?

I took courses in Digital Marketing, SEO and SEM , among others, and I started taking on small Content Marketing projects as a freelancer.

My next job was in a Digital Marketing company and I met professionals who helped me better understand the Inbound Marketing methodology .

I had the opportunity to develop new skills, understand the centrality of customer experience in current business models and ways to establish a lasting bond with the service or product purchased.

It was there that I received the invitation to work as Customer Success Manager at Rock Content, the largest Content Marketing company in Latin America.

What a Customer Success Manager effectively does
A CSM ( Customer Success Manager ) is the professional responsible for guiding and integrating the customer into the dynamics of the company so that they can benefit as much as possible from the service or product they purchased.

He is the one who performs the client's onboarding , contextualizing him with the usage methods, work tools and internal processes related to the service or platform that he will have to manage.
