1. Set up only through Google Merchant Center
If your shipping terms are not complicated, you can display shipping costs using only the settings in Google Merchant Center.

Shipping fee is the same for all regions (free or paid)
First, select "Shipping and Returns" from the settings button in the upper right corner of "Google Merchant Center".
In the Shipping tab, under Setup Status, select Add Shipping Service.
Enter the name of the shipping fee rule you are setting in "Shipping Service Name", select the service area in "Country", and select "Currency".
Next, select the "Delivery Dates" option.
A page for selecting "Buyer's Shipping Cost" will be displayed.
a. If the shipping cost is a fixed amount : Select "Fixed amount", enter the fixed shipping cost, and click Save to complete the setup.
b. If the shipping cost is free : Select Free Shipping, and click Save to complete the setup.
