By filling out this information, a scatter plot graph will be automatically created in Excel. Next, add a trendline to the scatter plot that has been created.
Right-clicking on any of the plots in the created phone number lookup oman graph will display the options shown in Figure 2. After the options are displayed, select "Logarithmic approximation" in "Trend curve options" and check "Show equation on graph" and "Show R-squared value on graph."
2. Conduct analysis based on the calculated function formula
Once you have completed the steps above, the function formula will be displayed in the graph. The red framed part in Figure ③ is the function formula.
[Figure 3: Displaying the formula based on the distribution results]
This formula explains past delivery results, and shows how the number of conversions (y) changes depending on the ad delivery amount (x). In this example, the formula is expressed as Y = A ln(x) - B, and the values of A and B will be used in the analysis that follows. (In this example, A = 4.925 and B = 35.966.)
Supplementary information
: The R2 value
is an index that indicates how closely the simulated predicted values match the actual values (simulation error).
R2 is generally expressed in the range of 0 to 1, with larger values indicating more appropriate data and smaller values indicating less appropriate data. Guidelines for judging the R2 value : 0.6 or less: The error is too large and the predicted value is meaningless ; 0.8 or more: Good predicted value with little error ; 0.9 or more: The value is too accurate and overfitting is suspected .
