Each team member gets 2 colored stickers. The entire team gets 6 minutes to vote on which problems are the most pressing and which they want to tackle first. You are allowed to put stickers on your own post-its and cast your two votes on the same post-it.

Once everyone has finished voting, the moderator will organize the post-its with the most votes hierarchically so that it is clear which issues will be addressed during this team meeting.

Now you know which problems to focus on. The moderator will now go through the post-its with the team members and transform the problems into a challenge. This will help you to come up with as many solutions as possible later. The moderator can ask the group for each post-it with a problem how they see this and how they would transform it into a challenge.

For 7 minutes, each team member will individually write solutions to our challenges on post-its. Team members will not consult or discuss among themselves but will work individually.
