Have you ever eaten dab? The chances are slim, because this type of fish is still often thrown overboard. A shame, because dab is tasty and versatile. That is one of the things that comes forward on the Instagram account @bartsfishtales . In this podcast I talk to Bart van Olphen, co-founder of the account and fish lover par excellence.
Three years ago he started his account Fish Tales. An account with a mission, because buy phone number list sustainable consumption of fish was not yet on the map everywhere. And the fish that the Dutch eat often has to be flown in from far away, and consists largely of farmed fish.
