This year will mark 10 years since I have been working in the SEO industry.

It all started with belly dancing...
My mother went to Egypt and got hooked on belly dancing. So much so that upon her return she started teaching: she gathered an audience, made a website (bellydance.spb.ru). After she had gathered an audience, she started developing the business further and bringing in costumes. I then took on promoting the website for 10%.
Those were good times. As a student, I was earning 5-6 thousand a month, which for my friends was already very good money.
10 years have passed, and I'm still here. Yes, I don't promote websites "by hand" anymore, now I have a team of SEO specialists and great project managers working for me. I deal with the process from the other side.

So, for 10 years:
more than 130 clients/projects
with an average lifespan of more than 2 years (I read a study that said that in SEO firms it is usually six months)
I have personally interacted with over 1000 potential clients
99% of clients came through recommendations
there is not a single company/person to whom I owe or promised more than I was able to fulfill. Trust is very important to me
I worked with a large number of partners, we learned the specifics of outsourcing work - NDA, traffic forecasts, created our own slides for agency presentations, were always available
I know how to scale correctly
managers in my company do not make template proposals, at the briefing stage we can forecast traffic (with a smooth increase throughout the year), we offer KPIs that are related to the client's business (and not just positions)
I'm smoothly leading up to this. I'm calling partners! Hey! We won't be ashamed of you - whether you give us an SEO client or work with us on an outsourced basis.
We are opening an affiliate program - send us your SEO clients, and in return we will give you a commission for six months of working with the client. I am personally responsible for all payments being paid.
