Email Authentication and Technical Settings

SPF (Sender Policy Framework) : Verifies that emails sent from your domain really come from an authorized server.
Setup in Salesforce Marketing Cloud : If you are using the Sender Authentication Package and have delegated your domain to Marketing Cloud servers, then SPF settings are already in place. If not, you must include SPF records that allow Marketing Cloud to send emails on behalf of your domain. This is done by adding your SPF record to your domain's DNS settings. This step is crucial to improve the deliverability of your emails and prevent them from being marked as spam. DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail): Adds a hong kong phone number resource digital signature to your emails, which can be verified by the recipient to confirm that the email has not been altered in transit and that the sender is authentic.

Setup in Salesforce Marketing Cloud : If you use the Sender Authentication Package, DKIM authentication is already implemented. If not, you can generate DKIM keys within Marketing Cloud and then add the corresponding public key to your domain's DNS records. This strengthens the authenticity and security of your email communications.

DMARC ( Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance ): Combines SPF and DKIM to provide an additional layer of authentication. It also provides insights into potential authentication issues.
