Post by sakib25 »

Today is the last day of the year! That's why we want to dedicate our last post of 2019 to reviewing the news/changes that have surprised us the most in this year that is coming to an end today, regarding digital marketing.

Facebook logo change
One of the updates Facebook has made this year has been the change of its logo. In addition, in order to generate brand awareness during the last months of the year, it has integrated it into the rest of its products. The novelty has been a simpler logo that adapts to the different products of the company. So if we open WhatsApp, the logo is green and if we open Instagram, it turns purple and orange. So digital marketers have it everywhere!

Instagram likes disappear
In recent months, one of the most controversial developments has been the gradual russia phone number list disappearance of likes on some Instagram accounts. The disappearance of likes represents a change in the rules of the game, since the total number can only be seen by the author of the post. The aim is to banish the dictatorship of likes. This change will probably bring benefits on a social level, but we assure you that influencers are not happy about it.

Google BERT, the new Google algorithm update
During 2019 we have been able to see the biggest update of the search engine in recent years, called BERT. The objective of this change is for Google to process the language generated in the search engine in a more natural way. With this update, Google intends to analyze words as a whole and not individually in order to understand the context. So, no more writing like and for robots.
