We have so many redundant tasks to perform just to stay afloat: emails, support tickets, marketing management, staff management, content creation, website maintenance, accounting, community upkeep, etc., etc., etc.

We often fall into the trap of spending 100% of our time working on our business instead of in our business. You’re the founder and CEO, but at the end of the day, you’re also the proverbial list of belarus consumer email CTC (Chief Toilet Cleaner). And for some crazy reason, the toilet usually gets the most attention. It’s the other way around. If the toilet is clean but the house it’s in is falling apart around it, what the hell does it matter?
