Nowadays, there are endless options to promote your brand, including digital advertising on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn, as well list of belarus consumer email as on search engines such as Google and its extensive Display Network.

In addition, the creation of valuable content in different formats, such as eBooks, articles, videos, etc., has become more important to reach users in a more friendly and attractive way.

However, there are some trends that I have seen that are not being taken advantage of, and that could help you connect better with your audience. Below, I will tell you a little more about them.

Chatbots
Not to be confused with a conventional chat, which involves a real person answering every time a user requests to speak to someone.

On the contrary, a chatbot consists of a simulation of a conversation with humans, by programming a series of responses to certain questions that users ask, so that there is an assistant 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, serving the audience.

Where does it appear? The chatbot can be on your website, with some platform that allows it to be integrated and programmed; it can also be on your Facebook page or even on your WhatsApp Business.

The main challenge of this useful tool is to really know the needs of the audience, that is, what their main doubts are, the way in which they ask them, and what is the answer that will resolve them.

But, in addition, it is important to carefully design what the flow chart will be like when you want to obtain certain information through a chatbot, so that the users who arrive can be attended to and channeled more easily.

Although it is a very useful tool, not all companies necessarily have to implement it. It is usually used to support customer service or when international companies offer products or services that are often difficult to explain.

Now, the question probably arises: How do I know if my company needs a chatbot? Or, what are the ways in which my audience asks questions? A very simple way to find out is to implement a conventional chat for a couple of months, to find out if many people start using it, and what are the questions they ask most frequently.

This way, you will know what words they use to ask about your product or service, and if you really need to implement one with good planning.

Voice search
As its name suggests, this tool allows users to perform a search by speaking directly into a device, instead of typing the words into the search engine , and get results.

While it is difficult to determine how many people in your audience search for your services or products through voice search, you can get an idea based on the people who reach you through mobile.

We must accept that it is a trend that is becoming more and more relevant and, although I think it is going a little slowly in Mexico, it is important to be prepared for it.

But, how can you prepare for voice searches? Don't worry, although it is not something out of this world, it is necessary to know how to adapt your site to this .

On the technical side, for now it is not different to optimize your content than when you do it to support your SEO strategy, that is, you do not have to put any different script or any special snippet for your content.

However, the way in which a person searches using their fingers, whether through a computer, tablet or mobile, is different than when they search through voice. I'll give you an example:

Text: Seafood restaurant in Monterrey
Voice: What is the best seafood restaurant in Monterrey?

While we should remember that in text searches, the search engine sometimes gives you recommendations to auto-complete, in voice search we do so through long tail keywords.

This is where the Inbound Marketing strategy becomes relevant, since it is important to create content with those keywords that answer the questions that the audience has about your product or service, and help with SEO positioning.
