Catholic and Mary Kenneth Keller, who received a doctorate in computer science

Mary Kenneth Keller was born in 1917 in Cleveland, Ohio. She was still 19 years old when she became a member of the Roman Catholic Institute "Sisters of Charity of the Blessed Virgin Mary" and was ordained as a nun.

Mary was educated in mathematics and physics, and in 1958 she list of saint kitts and nevis consumer email decided to work at the Computer Center of Dartmouth College.
Although women were not officially admitted to Dartmouth College until 1972, and it was considered an all-male institution, Mary Kenneth Keller began working at Clarke College's computer center.
