Russ group, Russia's largest outdoor advertising operator. It was created by brothers Levan and Robert Mirzoyan. According to RBC, the well-known entrepreneur Suleiman Kerimov is interested in the company. Forbes magazine wrote that the deal was approved by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The joint venture was named RVB, it was created and headed by Robert Mirzoyan. Wildberries transferred its key legal entities to RVB and received 65% in the merged company. 35% was received by the owners of Russ.
The events caused discontent among Vladislav Bakalchuk. In July 2024, Bakalchuk complained to the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, that his wife had contacted the Mirzoyan brothers, "left the family" with their germany whatsapp number list children (the couple has seven children) and took away the business they had created together. Bakalchuk himself was left with the company "VB Development", which is engaged in the construction of warehouses.
Kadyrov condemned what was happening, said that a "raider from the Caucasus" (possibly referring to Kerimov) was behind the Mirzoyan brothers, and instructed State Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov to resolve the issue of returning Vladislav Bakalchuk's wife and business. Tatyana Bakalchuk denied the information about a "raider takeover", but confirmed the fact that divorce proceedings had begun.
Tatyana Bakalchuk's version: an attempt at a raider takeover of Wildberries
On September 18, the events took a tragic turn. According to the press service of the united company Russ-Wildberries, Vladislav Bakalchuk attempted a "raider takeover". Allegedly, he and a group of people in sports and military uniform attempted to seize two Wildberries offices at once: in the Romanov Plaza Business Center (on Romanovsky Lane) and the Iskra-2 Business Center (near the Dynamo metro station). Those killed in the Romanov Plaza Business Center were Wildberries security guards.
