From the moment you access a loan, you appear in the SBS Risk Center, so it should not be taken as something negative.

Most people feel an erroneous fear when they think about what it means to appear in a credit reporting agency's database, says Yanina Cáceres, Business Director at Sentinel .
A credit bureau is an entity specialized in storing all possible information on the commercial and financial behavior of individuals, says the executive.
So not only are there records of taiwan number screening non-payments, but also the record of those who do meet their financial obligations in a timely manner, he says.
EVERYTHING IS RECORDED How is this information obtained? The first source is the risk center of the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP ( SBS ) to which banks, municipal and rural savings banks, financial institutions and edpymes send each month the status of the credit situation of each client.
There are also five private central banks in the country (Equifax, Informa del Perú, Sentinel, Data Crédito and Xchange), regulated by Laws 27489 and 27863.
These, in addition to accessing what is registered in the SBS, contrast information from the Lima Chamber of Commerce , Sunat , among others.
HOW IT WORKS User data is updated every month, says Cáceres. "This helps us understand how a customer behaves with their payments and predict what they will be like in the future," he says.
In light of this, he advises users to focus their attention on maintaining a normal record, fulfilling their obligations and having a good profile in order to access, for example, a mortgage loan or a master's degree.
Another important aspect is that more and more companies are reviewing these databases when hiring a new worker, he says.
