If you are going to hire someone to do housework, know the guidelines you should follow.
To begin, register in the Registry of Employers of Domestic Workers of the Sunat. You must also obtain the Employer Registration Code (CIE) at a Taxpayer Service Center.
This will allow you to register your worker in Essalud.
It should be noted that the employer is the one who assumes the costs of social security, contributing the equivalent of 9% of the salary.
