At first glance and without looking too closely, the OtoSet Ear Cleaning System gadget looks like a slightly bulkier clone of the AirPods Max. However, this surprising gadget is not used for listening to music and its specialty is ear cleaning , which it is capable of leaving your ears sparkling clean in just a few seconds.
