Previously, the gray text on the gray background in the Material theme's agent message did not contrast strongly enough, and we received several complaints from customers that the contrast was too low. We have changed the text color to make it darker and more visible on the gray background.
The time in several panel sections is now displayed correctly
Multiple parts of the LiveAgent panel, such as the agent ranking list of oman whatsapp phone numbers or the audit log, showed incorrect time or the ban feature did not work properly because the account's time zone was not respected. Our developers fixed this issue and now the time is displayed correctly again.
Fetching emails now creates tickets correctly
Emails containing the header "Precedence: bulk" were not fetched to LiveAgent, or were fetched but empty tickets were created due to reverse logic in the settings code for fetching bulk and spam emails. Our developers fixed this issue and now the settings for fetching bulk/spam emails in Configuration > Email > Email Settings work properly again.
The call is no longer on hold
Agents were experiencing an issue where their phone might ring while they were paused, and only being able to help by logging out of their panel. The cause was that the method used to update agent status in the database was incorrectly using an outdated online agent status. Our team discovered and quickly resolved the issue, ensuring agents no longer faced interruptions while paused.
