Social Impact Report 2021

We are living in an interesting historical moment, in a context defined by a global pandemic, the search for racial justice, growing inequality, political instability and climate change.
And it is indisputable that brands and companies around the world also play a key role in social impacts (both positive and negative). Women, for example, are paid less than men as they move up the corporate ladder.
These issues directly affect the main markets in which Rock Content operates . In Brazil, the majority of citizens who have been unemployed for more than two years are young people with little education. In the United States, 2021 data shows that the level of training is directly related to the level of employability.
As a company, Rock Content has always had a clear mission to create growth opportunities for our clients, employees, partner agencies and talent network. And, in a way, that pushed us to think about opportunities we could create, impacting people beyond our circle as a brand.
In 2019, when we shared our first Social slovenia email address Impact Report with the world, we realized the importance of being a social impact-driven company. And we share our efforts and results every year through this report, for two main reasons:
It is the right and smart thing to do;
Spark the right conversations everywhere.
And so, we are proud to say that we have reached the 2021 Social Impact Report , our third on this journey. Once again, we share with our entire community the results obtained in the last year and our plans for the future.

The impact of Rock Content in 2021
Throughout 2021, we maintained our mission of working on our corporate social responsibility. We looked outside our community and impacted more than 20,000 people with educational programs and volunteer initiatives .
We look inward to our team, implementing the policies, tools and discussions necessary to strengthen an inclusive workspace. In this way, we have achieved a workforce made up of 52.8% women, with 49% of management positions also occupied by women .
We commit our social capital
To advance our commitment to long-term, structural change, we went further: we committed 1% of our share capital to impact with the Equity Pledge.
As partners in the Pledge 1% movement , we continue to donate our products through Rock University Scholarships, our educational platform that has trained more than 500,000 people to date. We also remain committed over time, encouraging volunteer work from all of our employees, reaching approximately one thousand seven hundred hours of donated work.
Our mission is to improve Marketing
During the recently completed nine years of Rock Content 's existence , we promised to generate growth opportunities for our clients, freelancers, employees, but also for the community. Looking back on our past, with all the adjustments and adaptations we made along the way, we are very happy to realize that we kept the promise.
Our team, affectionately called Rockers, has grown and continues to grow day by day around the world. We are a global company with employees in 20 countries. As well as our Talent Community , for whom we generate opportunities for them to take the initiative on their own journey. And our clients, who always face the challenge of growing with us.
We support the community around us and recognize that it is also part of who we are to actively participate in helping to solve the problems that affect us in the world. We share knowledge with the aim of increasing opportunities for access to education and employability for socially underrepresented groups (women, people with disabilities, black people and the LGBTQIAP+ community).
Now, we are taking on a new mission, in line with everything we have built so far, and with even more opportunities for everyone.
“ Improving marketing by making a positive impact on the world .” This is our mission and our manifesto!
