Results
The media plan was designed for 6 months. Advertising campaigns ran from August 13 to January 30, 2020. As a result of the work, we managed to exceed the plan for the number of installations in the media plan by 3 times! We also received an average CPI (cost per application installation) 3 times lower than predicted - only 0.08 €!

Promotion of the application
Most of the users were attracted to the platform from Kazakhstan vietnam whatsapp number list and Kyrgyzstan, which is what our agency was doing.

The majority of platform users are men - 61%, and the female audience was 39%. In order to achieve gender balance among platform users, we set ourselves the goal of increasing the share of the female audience for the new period of cooperation on the project.

App Store Optimization (ASO) is an ongoing process of optimizing a mobile app's page on Google Play and the App Store and increasing its visibility and ranking in organic search results.

During the application optimization the following was done:

Competitor analysis;
Collection of relevant search queries;
Inclusion of words in the application metadata (application title, short and full description);
Analysis of user reviews;
Conducting A/B tests with the application page. Testing graphic and text elements.
SMM Promotion
To increase reach, brand recognition, and for additional interaction with the audience, we created for each country pages on social networks Instagram, Facebook, VKontakte, as well as a Telegram channel with similar content, but translated into the appropriate language.

Promotion of the application
Posts on pages are published 3 times a week. On Instagram, posts alternate with various types of activities in stories also 3 times a week.
