Milan, 30 June 2023 – Blendee is born from the integration of the skills of Neodata Group and Adabra , a new concept Customer Data Platform ( CDP ), which includes 3 existing technologies (Adabra, Adagio and Exaudi), leaders respectively in the Customer Data Platform , Ad Server and Audience Platform ( DMP ) sectors.
Neodata and Adabra will remain the reference partners of the new entity, joined by the
specialized fund BlackSheep MadTech Fund , the first European vertical fund specialized in investments in digital technologies applied to the digital marketing and advertising sectors, which provides both market know-how and a capital of 6 million euros for product evolution and internationalization.
Blendee is the first European solution that allows marketing and communication players to count on what is called MOS (Marketing Operating System): a SaaS platform based on artificial intelligence and machine learning that stands out from many CDPs currently on the market for a series of distinctive features. The first is simplicity. Blendee is a platform that is easy to install, configure and use: its operating system is an end-to-end solution integrated upstream (with the main CMS and CRM ) and above all downstream with the entire AdTech universe: audience activation is not limited to proprietary channels alone (email, SMS, push notifications, or “customer match” with Meta and Google), but includes the entire programmatic world of DSPs up to connected TVs.
The platform is omni-user, it identifies and manages both customer data (already in the possession of companies) and anonymous visitors, through cookieless methods and in full compliance with European regulations; and it is also omni-channel: in addition to traditional digital touch-points such as the website, app or social pages, the new platform also collects data from "off-line" points such as the point of sale cash registers or loyalty systems.
